Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
The service
The SHARK Practical AI application ("the App") is a personal publishing tool operated by Abdelfattah Elsharkawy. It connects to TikTok through the TikTok developer platform (Login Kit and Content Posting API) to publish the operator's own AI-tutorial content on the SHARK · Practical AI channels.
Eligibility
The App is operated for the operator's own TikTok account. It is not a public service open to third-party accounts. If you are the account holder and you authorize the App, you are using it for your own account.
Acceptable use
- You must own or control the TikTok account the App is connected to.
- Content published through the App must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- You are responsible for the content you authorize to be published.
Accounts and access
Access to your TikTok account is granted only through TikTok's official OAuth flow, and only for the scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time from TikTok's connected-apps settings. The operator does not ask for, store, or use your TikTok password.
Intellectual property
Content you publish through the App remains yours. The App and its interface are the property of the operator. You grant the App only the permission needed to publish the specific content you authorize.
Availability
The App is provided as-is for the operator's editorial workflow. It may be unavailable at times, and its availability, features, and the TikTok scopes it requests may change without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including any content moderation, removal, or account action taken by TikTok.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
